Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Elevated Bar Co. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our guidelines below.

Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at Returns@Elevatedbarco.com with your order number. We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions on how to send your package. Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or is defective, Elevated Bar Co. covers 100% of the return shipping costs (see "Damages" section below).

  • Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want it, you (the buyer) are responsible for the actual return shipping charges.

Restocking Fees & Order Cancellations:

  • Restocking Fees: We charge a 10% restocking fee for returned items.

  • Cancellations: Orders canceled before they have shipped will be refunded in full. If you cancel an order after it has already shipped, it will be treated as a standard return, and you will be responsible for the actual return shipping charges.

Damages & Defective Items Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any visible damage, please make a note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please take clear photos and send them to Returns@Elevatedbarco.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will process a replacement or insurance claim on your behalf immediately at no cost to you.

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received it. Approved refunds will be processed automatically and issued strictly to the original credit card or payment method used when placing your order. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
