When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Elevated Bar Co reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any lawful reason. Your order is not accepted until Elevated Bar Co confirms acceptance and processes payment.

Cancellations: Orders canceled before they have shipped will be refunded in full. If you request a cancellation after an order has shipped, it will be processed under our standard Customer Remorse Return Policy (subject to return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee).

Returns: All purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our explicit Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 - PRICES, BILLING, AND PRICING ERRORS
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Posted prices do not include taxes or shipping charges unless explicitly stated.

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, Elevated Bar Co shall have the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment processed. If your payment has already been processed and your order is canceled due to a pricing error, we will immediately issue a full credit to your original payment method.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RISK OF LOSS
Shipping costs, handling times, and transit schedules are detailed in our Shipping Policy. 

Transit Delays: Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for transit delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged or Lost Shipments: In alignment with our Refund Policy, if your product arrives damaged or defective due to transit, Elevated Bar Co covers 100% of the replacement costs, provided damage is reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Our Services, including all logos, text, displays, graphics, images, and site design, are owned by Elevated Bar Co, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Elevated Bar Co is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Elevated Bar Co. You acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Elevated Bar Co.
